Your first step is an assessment with your Personal Trainer. This will include a physical measurement of body fat, weight, measurements, and a thorough evaluation of your goalsA proper assessment is essential to the training program. Any personal trainer who does not offer an assessment is somebody you want to run from or not hire! Without having a good idea about how your body functions, and your personal goals, there is no way a trainer can design a specific program catered to the needs as a client.You want best results right?Your assessment is one of the most important tools in designing your fitness and nutritional program. A typical training session is a half hour long, but this will depend on the needs of your programs and goals.

I have been a competitive bodybuilder for almost 40 years. Over the years I have trained many other competitive athletes including wrestling, football, basketball, softball and baseball, volleyball and track, as well as bodybuilding. I have been in the fitness industry for 43 years and I have enjoyed every minute of it. From state champs in wrestling, softball, and football, to weight loss clients losing 100 to 150 lbs, as well as people who just want to stay healthy. I have your goal in mind and being able to feel great about your health for the rest of your life. “Take care of your heart now, because you can’t buy a new one.” Now I would like the turn the page over to my newest partner, Erik Lucht. I trained Erik 10 years ago when he was in high school at Wrightstown, and knows the ins and outs of the Richmond tanning and Training program. He Has been Training since 2013, and has plenty of experience to train any type of client.

Health and wellness has always been a huge part of my life. We can always better ourselves in some way. I love to help others meet their personal goals and feel their best! I have been involved in fitness since middle school. In my early twenties I joined the U.S. Air Force after college. I was in the Air Force for 8 years. I was a personal trainer for Air Force personnel as an additional job to my primary duties. I also worked at a local gym personally training for over 5 years.
